Meniere's disease is a chronic, progressive disorder of the vestibulocochlear apparatus that significantly affects the patient's quality of life and is characterizedby tinnitus, aural fullness, fluctuating sensorineural hearing loss, and frequent episodes of vertigo. Pharmacotherapy, dietary changes, and ablative surgeryare examples of traditional therapeutic approaches that may alleviate symptoms, but many patients still have refractory or persistent symptoms, necessitatingmore focused and function-preserving interventions. More recently, bioelectronic and implant-assisted therapies have become viable options for managingMénière's disease, especially in patients with severe or treatment-resistant conditions.This review examines the rationale behind implant-assisted procedures and charts the evolution of implant technologies in neurotology and otology. Themechanisms of action, therapeutic applications, and clinical relevance of various implant-based therapeutic modalities, including vestibular implants, cochlearimplants, intratympanic microdelivery systems, and neurostimulators, are thoroughly examined. The increasing significance of neuromodulation andbioelectronic medicine, such as vestibular nerve modulation and transtympanic electrical stimulation, which are intended to restore vestibular balance andauditory function through targeted neural regulation, is given particular attention. Additionally covered are the ongoing translational research and the futureclinical potential of developing bioelectronic therapies.Additionally, the review provides an overview of the clinical evidence, comparative studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses that evaluate theeffectiveness of implant-assisted therapies in comparison to conventional management strategies. Critical analysis is done on the long-term results ofvertigo control, hearing preservation, functional recovery, and quality of life enhancement. Important factors pertaining to surgical risks, device-relatedcomplications, ethical and legal issues, patient selection standards, cost-effectiveness, and accessibility are also covered.Bioelectronic and implant-assisted therapies are a rapidly developing field that has the potential to alter the way Meniere's disease is managed. To improvetherapeutic outcomes and validate these approaches as dependable and practical treatment options for patients with refractory vestibular disorders, moreinterdisciplinary research, technological advancements, and extensive clinical studies are required.
